据报道，周三，首尔南部地方法院依据《虚拟资产用户保护法》作出了首例监禁判决，判处一名仅以姓氏“李”为名的加密货币高管犯有操纵本地交易所Bithumb上市代币价格的罪行。

据韩经报道，法院判处该高管三年监禁，认定其多次以高价买入、低价卖出，并发布虚假买入委托单的行为构成市场操纵。
